REGISTRATION FORM
IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR PARENTS/GUARDIANS
Please arrive 5 minutes before start time of session and make sure staff are aware that you or your child are present present. Please make sure you or your young adult brings a water bottle, suitable clothing and footwear to play sport in and wears sunscreen. We also recommend a light snack to eat afterwards such as a piece of fruit. If you require a towel to be seated on or for after training please also bring this with you.
Registrations for our programs are limited to 25 participants for each group and will cover, insurance, registration, field hire, admin and a training shirt. Dates for each session are advised but please be aware that these may change due to unforeseen circumstances, in this case you will be notified as soon as possible.
Approximately 1 weeks commencing week one of April 2026
2026 will see Connect Rugby League as having four community partners, the NRL Dolphins, Kawana Dolphins, Caboolture Snakes, Caloundra Sharks, and Noosa Pirates.
Training will now be offered in conjunction with these clubs to build on community access, support from our local community and a sense of belonging. What this means is that we will be offering one training session a week through all teams, with one training session per week. The support of these amazing local teams will also build understanding, awareness and inclusive practices and give us the opportunity to play games throughout the year outside any organised through our local NRL teams. As per current recommendations from the QRL these games will remain as being played as NRL tag. A huge thank you to the NRL Dolphins, Noosa Pirates, Kawana Dolphins and Caboolture Snakes for their support.
Please note that registration includes permission for these clubs to use images of our teams for their social and other media in line with their current club practices.
Final details will be confirmed prior to season kick off!!

Please advise yours or your players attendance to the following events, included in your registration costs. Some events involve team-based activities and have limited capacity. Participation will vary by session, with opportunities spread across the program. We endeavour to rotate opportunities so everyone has a chance to be involved in the majority of pre-season events.

- Finish approx. 1:30pm
- Teams representing the Dolphins through their respective clubs
Further details, including final meet times where marked TBA, will be confirmed closer to each event.
Please note:
- Players will need to arrange their own transport to and from each event at their own risk.
- CRL and/or club personnel will be present at all events to support players on the day. In case of an emergency and this is not possible a contact will be appointed and players will be informed.
Other details:
Insurance for the first 50 registered players is sponsored by Harmco, for which we are very grateful.
Caboolture Snakes have full sponsorship for their first 10 players. Presently 3/10 spaces have been allocated. Please confirm with Caboolture President if you wish to take the opportunity of these sponsorships and ensure places haven’t be exhausted. Thank you.
If training is cancelled due to unforeseen events we will endeavour to reschedule on another date as per instruction from the club involved.
N.B. Program needs a minimum of 5 players to go ahead
Programs begins first week of April 2026 ( according to your clubs training days) You will be notified.
Please note:
Due to field availability rescheduling may not be possible.
Each club will make the final decision on training in the event of bad weather. This decision will be in accordance with QRL and/or NRL advice and advice from the club in affected. This decision is not negotiable and due to player safety.
REGISTRATION FEES MUST BE PAID PRIOR TO ANY TRAINING AND/OR GAMES TO BE COVERED BY INSURANCE.

This year we may be Filming a documentary / promotional video throughout the season.
