In order to qualify as a Connect League Coach or staff member, due to the nature of our players, we require all coaches and assistant coaches to be qualified under one of the below community coaching qualifications, have experience around disability as either a carer, parent, support person, have disability or similar qualifications or undergo a short program around inclusion that we will offer in 2023.
 
All persons working or volunteering within our environment must hold and present their blue card prior to commencement of their role.
